How it works
Create gifts in seconds, claim with Blitz
Make one or many gifts at once. The person who gets the link needs a Blitz wallet to claim it. If they are new, they can create one from the link. If the gift expires, you can reclaim it in the app.

Choose the amount and USD or BTC denomination, set the quantity and duration, and add a short description.
Share the link
Blitz creates a claim link such as

SMS, or email.
They claim, or you reclaim
The recipient opens the link in Blitz and claims the gift. If it expires first, tap Reclaim to return the funds to your wallet.

Set the rules while you create the link
A gift is a specific amount with a specific expiry. Confirm the denomination and duration before you share it, and remember that the recipient must claim in Blitz.
Expiry is not automatic reclaim
When the gift expires, it becomes eligible for reclaim. Open Blitz and tap Reclaim to return the funds to your wallet.

Quick answers
Who can claim a gift?
Anyone with a Blitz wallet can claim it. A new recipient can open the link, create a wallet in Blitz, and then tap Claim.
What if it expires?
After expiry, tap Reclaim in Blitz to return the funds to your wallet. Reclaiming is an action you take; the funds do not return automatically.
Can I send dollars?
Yes. Choose USD as the denomination when you create the gift. It sends as USDB. Learn about USDB or Dollar Goals.
Are gifts free?
No extra Blitz gift fee. Standard send fees apply (tiny for Spark/Lightning, variable for on-chain).
Are there gift limits or denominations?
The app shows the available amount, denomination, quantity, and expiry options when you create a gift. Review those settings before confirming because the gift link represents the selected BTC or USD denomination.
