Regular Bitcoin address (on-chain)

Use this for an exchange withdrawal or a larger transfer. Copy your address beginning with bc1..., and follow its status in Blitz while the network confirms it.

Digital dollars: USDT and USDC

When the sender has USDT or USDC, create an accumulation address for their network and choose whether to receive BTC or USDB. Blitz supports Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Optimism, Plasma, Polygon, Solana, and Tron.

Swap between dollars and Bitcoin

Use our swap feature when you receive dollars but want to save in Bitcoin, or receive Bitcoin but need stable spending money. Choose a direction and review the displayed rate and fee before confirming.

FAQ

Common questions

My sender only has USDT on Tron. Can they still pay me?

Yes. In Blitz create a Tron digital dollar address (accumulation address) and choose to auto-convert to Bitcoin or keep as dollars. Give that address to the sender. They send USDT on Tron, and it shows up in Blitz as the Bitcoin or dollars you chose. The same works for USDT or USDC on 8 other networks: Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Optimism, Plasma, Polygon, and Solana. Learn about accumulation addresses.

What is the difference between Lightning, Spark, and on-chain?

Lightning and Spark are for fast, cheap payments. Think of them like sending a text. They are great for everyday amounts and arrive instantly. On-chain is a regular Bitcoin transfer on the main Bitcoin network. Think of it like a bank wire. It takes 10 to 60 minutes to confirm but is good for large amounts or moving money from an exchange.

Should I receive in Bitcoin (BTC) or dollars (USDB)?

Receive it how you want to keep it. If you are worried about short term changes in price, keep it as dollars (USDB). If you want long-term savings, keep it as Bitcoin. You can also swap between dollars and Bitcoin in seconds inside Blitz at any time. Many people keep everyday spending in USDB and savings in BTC. What is USDB? USDB is digital dollars on Bitcoin, issued by Brale and backed 1:1 by US Treasuries. Like all stablecoins, it has issuer risk.

Is this safe? Who controls my money?

You do. Blitz is self-custodial, which means only your 12-word recovery phrase can move your money. Blitz never has access to your funds. Keep those 12 words written on paper and never share them. If you lose your phone, you can use them to recover your wallet by downloading blitz again.
